Exhibition World Bahrain is equipped with ultramodern facilities that cater to a variety of event sizes and formats. The grand hall, a centrepiece of the venue, can accommodate up to 4,000 guests, providing flexibility with its retractable seating and flat-floor design. This versatility, combined with the elegant ambiance, made it an ideal location for hosting such a significant event. The pre-function area added an additional layer of sophistication, allowing attendees to network and socialise in a stylish environment characterised by floor-toceiling windows and contemporary design.
Operational Excellence
EWB ensured a seamless buildup and streamlined operations for Fintech Forward. In addition to providing extensive food services for 750 attendees on the first day and 550 on the second day, including three coffee breaks and lunch each day. Traditional Qahwa service was also offered in the grand Majlis, enhancing the local experience for guests. With over 1,400 parking spaces available, EWB facilitated easy access for attendees, which contributed to the event’s smooth execution. Comprehensive logistical strategies were implemented to manage the influx of attendees and exhibitors, ensuring a professional and efficient environment throughout the event.

The event featured participation from over 500 companies, highlighting the global interest in Bahrain’s flourishing fintech landscape.
